"My anxiety"

About: Back on Track (Hammersmith and Fulham IAPT)

(as the patient),

I have had depression for several years which has never really gone away, and I am still on the waiting list after several weeks / months of having been referred.   But what I do like is the fact that although I still haven't started receiving treatment yet, the service called Back on Track, who will be giving me the treatment, are putting me forward for workshops they run in the meantime, so that at least in the meantime, I have something to work with that will help me get through these times until I start receiving psychology treatment.

Dear Curefan

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you have been waiting for treatment as we do all we can to keep waiting times to a minimum where possible. However, we are so pleased you have felt that Back on Track have been in touch with you throughout the wait and you are finding the workshops helpful. We hope as well that others will read this post and it will encourage them to consider our workshop programme too if they are waiting for therapy.

Wishing you all the best for when you do start therapy.
