"Wonderful friendly staff"

I attended ward 6D for an angiogram. As I have not had any hospital treatment for nearly sixty years I did not really know what to expect. The welcome was so friendly kind and helpful which puts you at ease straight away. Everything was explained perfectly and the staff took their time and answered any questions I had. The angiogram was done easily and quickly and I felt no pain whatsoever. I was told of the findings straight away with no waiting involved. Back on the ward I was given a coffee and sandwich and my blood pressure checked often before going home. All the staff were so friendly and reassuring and I have now no fear at all for any future treatment, you are in very good hands.
