Access to podiatry services

About: Community Foot Protection Team / Podiatry Antrim Occupational Therapy / Occupational Therapy (Community) - Antrim North

(as a service user),

From at least last September I as a nhs patient have been unable to get access to Podiatry and have been waiting on a OT to visit or connect me also waiting on an appointment for my hearing loss. no contact has been made to date. and social worker may not be there.

Dear Wes352,

I apologise that you continue to wait for an Occupational Therapy visit. From reading your comment it also seems that you may be unsure how to contact a social worker. Both these services are part of the Community Team and can be contacted on Telephone number 028 9442 6100. If you contact the Community Team Manager on this number you will get further information and advice.

My story was placed at the beginning of March and has now being dealt with.

Thank you very much for your assistance, but I should not have had to take these measures to be seen to.
