"Huge thank you to staff of the Blossom Unit"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Blossom Ward (Paediatrics)

(as a parent/guardian),

My son had a bad lower respiratory infection and was admitted to the Blossom Unit.

I just want to say a huge thank you to all the staff that cared for him over the course of our stay. The staff were all amazing in particular a student nurse named Conor who was so attentive to my son's needs and went above and beyond for him. He will make a fantastic nurse. We wish him all the best with the remainder of his studies and for the future.

Thank you to all the staff in the Blossom who helped my son recover and eased my anxieties in the process. You all don't get anywhere near enough credit for everything you do. xx

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback about your experience in Blossom, it is great that you had a positive experience and your anxieties were eased, as I can imagine it was a worrying time for you.

I will be sure to pass on your kind words to all the staff and in particular Conor he has become a real asset to our team in his short time with us, this feedback will be noted in his portfolio for Queens.

I hope your son is recovering well since he has been discharged, and I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your son all the best for the future.
