"No words can describe the care"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Stroke Care

(as a service user),

I used the services of the stroke ward at Crosshouse Hospital for over 12 days.

No words could describe the care and compassion I received from staff. To watch this well-oiled machine day to day filled me with pride in our NHS and I will always hold a button for the selfless individuals, from the cleaners to the auxiliary, nurses, ward nurses, students and doctors, thank you!

Dear rainey68,

It is so nice to read your feedback in relation to your hospital admission. What a difficult time this must have been. Being in hospital is never easy but just now is so much harder with limited contact with family and friends.

As well as all the technical aspects it is so important that you have compassionate care. It takes everyone in the team to work together. The most important person in the team is you.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.

I hope you are now on the road to recovery.

Best Wishes

Christine and team.
