(as the patient),

I was taken to Hairmyres with suspected heart attack, the speed and following care from start to finish was superb, from the ambulance crew, Doctors and Nurses right through until I was released, everybody was friendly and caring, thank you

Thank you very much for your kind words and appreciation for the care you received following your suspected heart attack. I'm sure this must have been a very frightening time for you and I do hope you are now on the mend.

Our staff always appreciate being advised when they are doing a good job and I am always keen to pass on my personal appreciation for a job well done too. I am confident my colleagues within NHS Lanarkshire will also appreciate your thanks and respond accordingly.

With that in mind it would be great to know when and where we attended to you in order that I can identify the crew and pass on your kind words.
