I attended today for an initial appointment which was provided by Dr Asad from Ms Steele's team.
He was courteous, informative and 'human' in his interaction with me.
He gave me the information I needed and the time to ask questions. He took advice from colleagues when he needed it and listened to my perspectives. He related to me in an appropriately friendly way and I left the appointment feeling reassured about the planned surgery.
