(as a service user),

I had a wonderful experience this evening at the Louisa Jordan to have my first COVID vaccine. The supporting staff who guided you through the hospital   were excellent.. From the girl on reception to all of the ladies and gentlemen who guided you in and out they were so friendly and kind. Trisha   a Speech and Language Therapist was the   health care professional who administered my vaccine. She took time to explain things and checked with a senior nurse as I had a history of allergy. She was so kind and professional a credit to NHS Scotland. Thanks to all involved a very efficient and caring service at such a stressful time for us all
