"Awful behaviour from bed manager"

About: Antrim Area Hospital / Breast Care

(as a service user),

After double mastectomy for cancer, was in a side room due to autism. Bed manager waited till my carer went home and talked very rudely about me and told me to remove my wheelchair from hospital as it got in their way. Told me I was taking up room and someone could die because of me. Said I didn't look autistic and to just go onto the ward like I was told

I would like to take this further. My therapist had recommended taking action. I find the process very confusing and mentally draining due to my autism
