"Beware of car parking charges WEBSITE IS…"

About: St Peter's Centre

Health centre was clean and staff were friendly. I found it difficult to find my way round though so I just headed for a lift to find ENT. Before visiting I checked this NHS website to find out how to get here and mainly for car parking facilities as it was my first visit to Burnley. The website is wrong the first 40mins are NOT FREE on the car park nor are any of the prices correct. I was here for 25 mins so I was just about to set off but got paranoid about all the private car park signs so I asked a passer by at the payment meter who informed me that you must put your car reg in as your leaving and it will tell you how much you owe (it was £2 for 30mins) but I did not see any signs anywhere with these instructions so I could of ended up with a fine just because the NHS don’t update their website with correct information

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent visit to St Peter’s Health Centre and thank-you for taking the time to provide this.

It is lovely to hear that you found the staff to be friendly and the centre to be clean. However, I am sorry that you found the car parking facilities and website information to be incorrect.

Your comments have been sent to the Tenant Liaison Manager at Community Health Partnerships who has confirmed they have contacted the company who manage the website and the details will be updated to reflect the recent car park charge change. The car park is managed by a third party and your feedback has been sent to them.
