"Appalling practice with appalling customer service"

I have been waiting for a call back for nearly 3 weeks over an urgent medication issue. I keep leaving voicemails, but never have my calls returned. It feels as though Cygnet House has a complete lack of care for the needs of patients that have been referred to them.
