"No way of contacting as phone lines are…"

We have now reached the point where we cannot even contact this surgery. Today we have called 15 times, waited in the queue only to be cut off over and over again. I did manage to speak to the receptionist about 3 weeks ago (after being cut off just 5 times) and I did explain that there appeared to be an issue at that time. The receptionist assured me that she would raise this internally as I was not the only person who had experienced this. Clearly the issue has not been resolved.
