Even in these very distressing times I have been treated with patience and respect by this practice, they are very happy to phone to discuss problems. Thank you for being available and open, making sure that we are all protected by ensuring masks are worn and hand sanitizers are used. It must be very difficult for the receptionists having to work under the current conditions.
