I was called by the reception team and booked in for my vaccination promptly. Information was given clearly on how to prepare and what to expect on arrival.
The GP that gave me my injection (Dr Dow) was polite and explained the possible side effects/what to look out for.
The process of greeting at the door and the one way system through the corridor and out an emergency exit worked very well and quickly. Felt safe at all times.
