Used the drive through blood test facility at the Northern General, really quick and efficient. Was very impressed. Only flip side is that my GP told me if I didn't have access to a car, it would be a 3 or 4 week wait for a healthcare appointment at the surgery to get a blood test done. Feels like another way in which inequality is compounded by Covid.

It is always a pleasure to receive comments of appreciation and it is always so motivating for staff to hear such compliments. I was sorry to hear that your GP was not able to offer an appointment for a number of weeks but pleased you were able to get your blood test undertaken quickly and efficiently with our services.
