About: Royal Bournemouth Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

After a nasty fall from a ladder, the care and attention received from all the staff in A& E was unsurpassable.  Treatment was first class and the care beyond reproach.  The hospital and A & E dept is so busy, but all the staff, nurses and doctors cannot be praised enough for what they do.  I cannot praise them enough.  Special thanks to doctor named Adam, he was brilliant.

Sorry to hear you had a fall from a ladder; hope you didn’t damage too much and are recovering well now.

Thank you for commenting on the care and attention you received while in our Emergency Department, we are pleased you found it first class and beyond reproach.

It has been a particularly busy and difficult time in ED but despite this the staff continue to treat all patients with the utmost of care and attention as you have mentioned.

We will forward your feedback to the Matron to share with the rest of her team, who I know will appreciate your comments.
