"staff nurse /nurses"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Accident & emergency Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Clinical assessment unit

(as the patient),

I was in a/e on thursday, my own drs receptionist told the wife to call an ambulance because it was bad chest pain. So called the ambulance which then took me to a/e who attended me and were caring drs and nurses.

After seeing me, the doctor decided that I was getting put to cau which right from the start they were very unsociable and when attending me werent the way a patient should be handled.

The next thing was the nurse come ojn the ward spoke to me onjjce then come back to me and said I was getting sent home so at that they veent away and a short tim later told me there was trransport arrainged for me and I was still feeling unwell but they come and said that was my taxi and said they would take my bag. this was after all the yapping at me and the doctor when he had co, me and said I was going home he said hes a deiff doc so im going home

antway I was going out to the taxi and sliped on the wet ground and fell this nurse then walked awaqy and I asked them to help me up they took mmy housecoat by the neck and staryted to drag me up and was chocking me the way they was lifting me and was holding me like that all the way to the taxi and it was pissing down the taxi driver rerfuse4ed to take me as he looked at me and told them I still lookeed ill and I shouldnt be going home the way I was and I hadnt even spoke to him so he got back into his taxi and drove away so I had to go beck into tje hosp and sit on the seats near the door but knowing I had fell there wqswnt anybody come near me so the dinner was comming round and they compleatly ignored me sitting on the bed as I wernt back into the room and was lying there and the went bye me as if I was a sheet on the bed

eventualy a taxi came and nurse had a brass neck to get me in a chair and take me to it this was the staff nurse after what happened but I was soken by the time I got home because of having to go out in the heavy rain for all the years ive attended thyat hosp ive never been treated like this I dont think they should be workimng with the public
