"Excellent friendly staff for my first vaccination"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Vaccination Centre

(as a service user),

Straightforward process to queue, fill in form, check id and wait for vaccination. Lot of people around and queues/walking routes did not ensure social distancing.

Staff excellent, friendly and reassuring. Nurse efficient with clear explanation of what was happening. Final period in recovery area before being advised to leave.

Well done to everyone involved in overcoming the logistical challenges to providing the vaccination to so many.

Hi rjmcc

Great to hear that you found the process, care and communication to have worked well.

Thanks for pointing out the social distancing point. We will revisit our arrangmeents to explore improvement opportunity.

Our operations so far have undergone an improvement tweaking journey (e.g. signage, parking, flow management) in response to the learning from experiences shared by individuals using the Vaccination Centre such as yourself.

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback

Best wishes

Conor
