I had an appointment for a Colposcopy and biopsies following abnormalities/changes found following my cervical screening. I was very nervous but the nurse and nurse assistant were brilliant, reassuring and put me at ease. Extremely professional, friendly, reassuring and ensured dignity was maintained throughout!
