I did not know where to turn when I heard about my brother and who to speak to I was google lots of numbers and ring them to see if anyone would listen to me. When I rang up I felt so anxious and really stressed and alone. I spoken to someone fromypur team who was ap kind and caring she listened to me very well and gave me so much information regarding my brother.
She emailed me with relative information so keep and use for future use she made me feel welcome and by talking to her as hot ne through this. If it weren't for my current job through the nhs. I pushed myself to ho back to work and I wernt myself and I got help with my employer and they have gave me options for counselling and I did not get this opportunity I would of carried on with the breavment team as they are amazing and I will keep all this information and emails for anyone who may come across the same situation as me. So botton of my heart thank you for all you have done. I will keep you updates via email. Thank you
