"Qigong Tai Chi"

About: Cancer Services / Living With & Beyond Cancer (Fern Centre)

(as the patient),

My wife and I signed up for the first Qigong Tai Chi session organised by the Fern Centre at NDDH. This was run as a Zoom session led by a very experienced instructor. It was our fist experience of Tai Chi and we both found it a wonderful relaxing experience. The instructor was patient, caring  continually couching us without being demanding or dictatorial. It was a session of very gentle slow movements with a concentration on our breathing and listening to our bodies. A wonderful de-stressing experience.

Dear GeorgeK0806

Thank you so much for leaving your feedback about our new online Qigong Tai Chi classes. I am so glad to hear that you found these classes enjoyable, helping to keep active but also found them relaxing as well! I will pass on your kind words to our instructor who has very kindly agreed to run these classes every other week for us. If you know of anyone else who may be interested in taking part in these classes please ask them to get in touch with the Fern Centre

We hope to see you at our Qigong class again soon!

Best wishes

Taz
