"Covid Management Team - exceptional service received"

Mum had Covid for pretty much the whole of January and was extremely poorly (at home). Once referred to Covid Management team the service she received was exceptional. We could not have asked for better care. 24/7 - amazing. Every member of staff we dealt with had time (not rushed), experienced, knowledgable, asked for back up when needed, were kind, caring, professional, friendly, easy to understand and when Mum was starting to feel better we also noticed your sense of humour come through - you were all just so so lovely.

We can't thank you enough for the hard work you do and how kind you were to Mum and I. We would both like to thank you, but for me, I'd like to thank you from the bottom of my heart as I don't know whether she would still be here now if it hadn't been for all your help, advice, support and dedication.
