(as a service user),

This was my second colonoscopy at Treliske. The 'process' is exemplary. The prior  arrangements are superb, followed by the relaxed reception in these covid times, through to pre procedure questions, then on to the colonoscopy. Everything is a well oiled machine, BUT, it has lovely friendly, caring, concerned, knowledgable staff. Everyone knew what everyone else's role was and I was included in conversation, discussion and results. Well done everyone ..... a tick and a gold star to you all.
