"The trust is failing me as a patient"

About: Adult mental health / York Access and Crisis Tees, Esk And Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust / Adult mental health

(as a service user),

Tewv took over my care 18 months ago, promising my old trust that they would develop and implement a robust support package.

This has not happened. I've been left increasingly unsupported and just dismissed at every opportunity.

Told that I am difficult and complex (my diagnoses are complex, but why describe me that way?!) and given mixed messages all of the time.

Been waiting months for a plan, and then after becoming actively suicidal, cmht and crisis team just ignoring me. Not returning phonecalls, not keeping appointments and basically just saying that they need to make a "plan" as a team. I've been waiting 6 months for a "plan" after the meeting to increase help just removed it. Removed specialist therapy and replaced it with nothing.

Just wish they could be honest and transparent as their website says they are... .

For a care service, I see zero care and zero human compassion. This trust is failing me, and no one seems to be accountable.

I have asked them to make sure it is documented correctly and not the usual untrue things they write in notes, so they can't just cover up another failing.
