"COVID Vaccination"

About: NHS Forth Valley

(as a service user),

I've just been for my vaccine at the new Forth Valley College building. So impressed with process from start to finish. Being informed of my appointment; detailed information to allow informed decision-making; accessible parking at the college; lovely new building; arrival and entry; signposting where to go; friendliness and professionalism of all staff throughout; efficiency of administering the vaccine; layout of the vaccination centre with separate individual booths; pre-vaccine assessment questions...the list goes on. Such a huge undertaking by an NHS already under significant pressure. I feel very grateful. Thank you!

Dear Service User FV

Many thanks for taking the time to leave such wonderful feedback. So pleased that you were impressed with the process for the COVID vaccination.

We have tried our best to make the process as person centred as we possibly can, ensuring the safety of everyone coming along to the college. We are very lucky to be able to use such a wonderful building.

I have shared your feedback with the team that are responsible organising vaccine programme, they were absolutely delighted to hear that it is working so well, and pass on their thanks for your lovely feedback.

Stay safe and well.

Kindest regards

Pauline

My pleasure Pauline. Credit where it is due. I am of the view that where one experiences exceptional care /services, then it is worth mentioning to all involved in the delivery of that care/service. I do hope that front line staff, nurses get the pay rise I believe they deserve for their significant contribution in difficult times. Thanks again.

Stay safe and well
