"Professionalism and efficiency of the ophthalmology department"

I was suffering with pain in one of my eyes & was advised to visit the Ophthalmology department by my doctor.

I arrived & was seen relatively quickly, considering I did not have an appointment.

My follow up appointment was the following week, at which time I was seen by Miss Hovan, the consultant of the department. Miss Hovan was absolutely amazing & the subsequent treatment I received over a three week period was second to none.

I would like to congratulate Miss Hovan & her entire team on their professionalism & efficiency of their department, especially with the current restraints they have to deal with.
