My Mother aged 90 was omitted into Hospital Mid January. My perception was that elderly people received inferior treatment. I couldn't have been more wrong. Due to Covid restrictions I could not see my mother during her 2.5 weeks in hospital however she seemed to be continually undergoing tests and treatment. I spoke to my mother daily and the staff were always cheerful although incredibly busy. I was updated frequently and in detail on my Mothers progress by Doctors and staff
My Mother is a fussy eater however she often commented on the high quality of the food and continually praised the staff for their care stating "they could not do more"
Sincere thank you on behalf of my mother and myself to all who looked after her and bore with my many questions.
It was so reassuring to know my Mother was in the safest possible hands.
"Excellent Care A & E and Keats Ward"
