"Avoid gwillim ward night shift "

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) (London)

My wife had a baby and I cant thank enough the midwifes and all the staff on the 1st floor delivery suite they were absolutely perfect assisting my wife and me with every need we had. She had to be induced and got an epidural, after an 18h labour process our baby was born, but she had lost a lot of blood and was very tired and weak.

After that around 6pm she was moved on to gwillim ward, now for a 1st time mother after all that she's been through during labour she was basically left alone to deal with everything, baby, herself that could barely move etc... little to no help from the rude nurses in there, she was calling me at home crying that she could barely move , and still had to go get her own water to drink etc... very poor service on after labour care, very disappointed after a great service on the delivery suite.
