(as the patient),

I had an appointment today for a routine mammogram.  My radiographer, Sarah (I think) was lovely, amiable and chatty while efficiently manoeuvring things into place.  The appointment flew by, but I didn't feel rushed at any point. Didn't quite make it in and out in time to beat the first 15 minutes parking, but it was close :-) 

Unit is really efficient & confidence inspiring on the whole - I've been attending for several years now, never have to wait around past appointment time, information is freely offered and everything is explained.  A really good service.

I was delighted to be given the opportunity to let you know how important positive feedback like yours is to us as a service. Patients attending for mammograms are often anxious, so the quality and treatment of care we deliver must be as good as it can be to help alleviate any anxiety and give reassurance.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. Compliments are especially rewarding in these challenging times and give a real boost to staff morale.
