"Dumfries Dental Centre"

After a few days of feeling generally unwell and self treating at home as best as I could, I called the Dumfries Dental Helpline as (due to COVID) I have been unable to register at my local dental practice.

The helpline called back really quickly and took a comprehensive history from me and arranged a same day appointment based on my symptoms.

The Dental Centre in Dumfries was absolutely fantastic. The service was slick and efficient - finding the place and parking was a doddle. 

The dentist and dental nurse were lovely. I had no need to share that I have always had a crippling fear of dental work following a particularly horrendous experience some years ago - the dentist and nurse were sokind, friendly and kept me well informed of what's what. I knew I was in skilled and experienced hands and that was absolute gold for me. What could be more reassuring than a team of people who are so forthcoming with kindness and information and respect, that I didn't need to get to the point where I felt vulnerable.

Slick and efficient AND kind, caring and reassuring care. This is how it's done! There doesn't have to be a trade off between superb care and efficiency and my experience today proves that.
