"Mental health care pilgrim A&E"

I went to A& E when I was struggling with my mental health and felt suicidal after being in there a few hours some one from the mental health team came to speak to me then went on to discharge me I told them I didn't feel I could keep myself safe and said I would kill myself when I left the department they walked off a nurse came over and said I had to leave I asked if I could speak to someone else for a second opinion and that was refused to which security was called and they dragged me down the corridor and onto the floor leaving bruises all down my arm.

I was told repeatedly that a& e isn't the place to go if your suicidal and that the crisis team would call me when I got home that night that of course never happened and I was left completely alone feeling very vunerable and unsafe
