"Visit to Endoscopy Unit"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Endoscopy

(as a service user),

Colonoscopy procedure: Excellent treatment from front door to exit door. All the staff I encountered were good humoured yet professional.  My experience both outside and inside the treatment room was of the highest standard. If  I'd not had a colonoscopy before then I would have had nothing to fear as everything was explained and the low key, good humoured staff provided a relaxes atmosphere throughout. Laughter was in ready supply and worked as well as the 'gas and air' mix I got.  Thanks to all involved.

Dear Cozzie

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience at the Endoscopy Unit in University Hospital Wishaw. It can be daunting attending hospital for a procedure and the staff work very hard to deliver high standards. I am pleased to hear that you found the staff to be professional and efficient and that their humour helped relax you.

I will pass on your feedback to the unit staff who will be delighted to receive it.

Kind regards
