"Felt completely at ease"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Acute assessment unit

(as the patient),

I was admitted from my gp to acute assessment ward fvrh after suffering acute shortness of breath and wheeze. As a health worker myself I know it’s always hard looking after a colleague. On arriving I was made to feel completely at ease and reassured I was in good hands. A huge thank you to staff nurse Gillian an absolute credit to her profession, kind, caring and put me at great ease along with Trish nursing assistant. Cannot thank you both enough for looking after me. I truly appreciate it.
