"Silsden and Silsden Health Centre."

I need to say how well both my partner and myself have been treated over the past month. The reception staff have been far better than expected, courteous, respectful, understanding and efficient. It feels like the surgery is aware of the need for an improvement in aspects of service user/staff communication.

Also, the professional experience and efficiency in assisting with a diagnosis for my partners mental disorder has been immeasurable. We cannot thank her GP and his team for all the help given at a very anxious and challenging time for us.

Although my partners recent experience has been exceptional, there have been times when this service has been quite poor. I'm so relieved that on this occasion the health centre more than met our need. Thankyou to all the team.
