About: The Ulster Hospital / Vaccination Centre

(as the patient),

Absolutely superb service from all hospital staff involved once I arrived at the front door of the actual COVID vaccine centre.

My only point of concern relates to the absence of clear sign posting to the actual COVID vaccine centre from the point of setting foot onto the Ulster hospital, Dundonald site.

Thank-you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Vaccination Centre at the Ulster. It is very encouraging to hear your feedback about your time in the centre. Our hard working team always seek to deliver a safe and efficient service in a professional, caring and timely manner.

We are currently investigating the signage on site for the Centre and additional signage is being planned to be put in place to help direct people.

I wanted to update you on behalf of the Covid Vaccine Centre about the issue you posted about lack of signage on the Ulster Hospital site.

I am pleased to say that as a direct result of your story and a few others commenting on the same issue that we have now placed more signage around the site directing to both the Vaccine Centre and also the allocated parking for those attending for their vaccine. I have included some images of the signs below which are placed at each entrance to the site as well as on the routes around the hospital site.
