"Medical illustration"

I had a Medical Illistration of my scalp in October 2020. The leaflet presented to me after the Illustration, states, A Dermatologist will review your photographs to determine any future appointments,

- You may be sent a letter inviting you to attend an appointment at a Dermatology outpatient clinic.

- You may be referred to another speciality for assesment.

- If no treatment is required the Dermatologist will contact you GP

I spoke to my GP in late January and was informed that they will not receive any notification at all from the Dematologist.

I've have called the Derrmatology Dept three times, on the last call I left my Name D.O.B and a contact number asking what progress has been made, and have not received even a call to say it is still being investigated.

Can I at least have an acknowledgement that they know I exist?
