Dear cheetahej69,

Thank you for sharing your experiences with us. I'm sorry to hear about the difficult experiences you'd been having at work and home, it sounds like these really affected you before you got in touch.

Panic attacks can be incredibly frightening for us, particularly when we don't know much about what is going on - the physical symptoms can seem quite dangerous and we may notice feeling a lot of fear or dread around them. Most of the therapy options we provide for panic centre around learning more about these, learning why they are safe and as you've said, some practical techniques for managing anxiety and panic symptoms.

It's so lovely to hear that you have found the work you've been doing helpful! The key is maintaining these techniques so I hope you are able to keep putting in the hard work you had been during your work with us and wish you all the best for the future.

Kind regards,

Adam
