"Asthma follow up"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Respiratory Medicine (Wards 2, 6,7 10 & 16)

(as a service user),

I was to have a follow up   telephone appointment with respiratory nurse   on 7/1/21 however this didn’t happen even though nurse called to confirm I was sent a letter with appointment date 3/2/21 and was told to ignore this as they had brought my appointment forward, when I didn’t receive a phone call I contacted appointment s and was told there has been a mixup and that I would be called on the 3/2/21 again this never happened and I called appointments again and was go talk number to call however this seems to out of service
