Asthma follow up

"Asthma follow up"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Respiratory Medicine (Wards 2, 6,7 10 & 16)

(as a service user),

I was to have a follow up   telephone appointment with respiratory nurse   on 7/1/21 however this didn’t happen even though nurse called to confirm I was sent a letter with appointment date 3/2/21 and was told to ignore this as they had brought my appointment forward, when I didn’t receive a phone call I contacted appointment s and was told there has been a mixup and that I would be called on the 3/2/21 again this never happened and I called appointments again and was go talk number to call however this seems to out of service

If you are happy to be contacted by our patient engagement team and share further contact details, I will ensure that a member of the respiratory nurse service makes contact to offer an appointment time convenient to you.
