Just finished the Foundations of Change course with Ellie for help with alcohol abstinence, was a great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone that is struggling with this issue. Good to meet others in the same boat! Thanks to Ellie and all at CGL for the support.

Hi there

Thanks for the feedback. I'm sure part of the course covered about continued recovery and the importance of building recovery on the community. I guess what I am saying and I'm sure you will agree; the work carries on and continues after being 'discharged' from treatment.
