I drank heavily for 15 years.  Eventually I realized I had to stop somehow.  I began to make the rounds of counsellors, psychologists, and so on, without much success. Eventually I came to CGL (Change Grow Live).  Through their "Foundations of Change" and "Foundations of Growth" courses, I acquired (some of) the skills and insight I needed to bring about change in my own life.  "Foundations of Growth" in particular provided many useful tools for managing my addiction.

Thanks very much for your feedback. This programme is run all over the country in our CGL sites and we know it works. People move on with their lives which is great. we also love the fact that some people come back to support others in their recovery. We have many people with lived experience supporting the work we do.
