"Removal of a skin growth."

My Dad was seen today by the team at the Dermatology Outpatients in Edinburgh.

They were superb. We weren’t sure how much to expect from a first consultation, but they sorted out the whole issue, from start to finish. We await the final pathology results in a few weeks, but their kindness and care of him were exemplary. 

Special mentions must go to Maria and Louise, our nurse and support worker, for their smiles and kindness throughout the afternoon.

Dr Kavanagh and Dr Reid were a dream team. Working like a smoothly oiled machine, they gave us all the time we needed, including on the spot practical treatment.

Although this was a physical problem, it has also had impacts on mental health. The whole family will sleep better tonight following today’s interventions. Thank you!
