My mum was admitted to Jade ward in November, after suffering a mild heart attack. All the staff were so helpful, especially as we were unable to visit mum. They kept us updated and well informed. Mum had delirium, and I was allowed to visit to try and encourage her to eat and drink, for which I was really grateful. Unfortunately, mum contracted Covid whilst in hospital, and took a turn for the worse. But the staff were so kind and compassionate, taking time to comfort mum and talk with her. She lost her fight in Dec 20. 

I can not thank the staff enough, at the end, they all came in to her, to say goodbye as they were leaving, give her hand a little squeeze. These moments will never be forgotten. Everyone from cleaning staff, the ladies who brought her food, doctors and nurses, they were all so amazing. Thank you, your kindness will never be forgotten ❤️
