"Fantastic care"

I just wanted to say how I was cared for At Morriston Hospital .I have kidney stones and went to A&E department .The care I received there was Fantastic .I was in a lot of pain and given regular pain relief ..Its a busy department and I was there all night ,If I had gone home as given the choice to do so I would not have had pain relief .I saw the urology consultant at 7 am and was taken not long after to have a operation to put a stent in my kidney .Everyone was so kind All the team in urology,  What a Team they are .They could not do enough for me with such kindness .I would like to say a public Thank you so much to this department I am so grateful for the wonderful care I received .   

The nurses that looked after me in A&E and the ward staff .What a great team of people and how lucky to have this care in Swansea .How anyone could make a complaint about this hospital is beyond my understanding .The care I received blew me away .I have been a registered nurse,. now retired  for 40 years.,So I do know what good care is having worked in the NHS as well as private care ,These are difficult times with covid pandemic .These are special people giving so much .We need to value them and .Praise them up when they get it right in my opinion and experience they so deserve a big Thank you . .
