"Support has truly changed my life"

(as a service user),

I was addicted to cocaine over the course of 4/5 years, I truly thought that there wasnt hope left and that I wouldn't manage to get sober

Then I joined CGL and was assigned Adrian as my key worker, who helped me turn everything around- he moves mountains for every service user and he became the father figure that I didnt have. Without him I honestly do not believe I would have come so far in my sobriety. He was my number one supporter, my best friend and the one that would hold me accountable whilst at the same time giving me so much encoragement

He truly has changed my life

Thank you for your kind words and specifically about Adrian. Ill let him know! We know we have a part to play. We also know that it is you and others like you who do the hard work. You live and breath it every day. Its great that you are doing brilliantly and achieved so much. I hope you continue to get the support from both within our service and outside. The recovery community is growing.
