(as a service user),

Endosocpy VHK  Waiting area 2

The care and attention that I received from all staff was fabulous, from the assistance from the ambulance driver to to nurses and medical staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful making me feel safe especially with the current pandemic.

They put me at ease from the moment I arrived.
 So thankful for the NHS and the fantastic staff.
