Devastated from start to finish. No information from the hospital, they told us the consultant was going to call but no call at all. I called them back and get the response of what do you want? So rude, if that is how they are treating relatives, how are they treating patients?
Family member passed away this morning so we get told that the doctor will call us with all the details. We are now 10pm and no call to explain. They never once tested for COVID as we kept asking "so has he got COVID?" and they kept responding not tested yet. Now, we thought everyone gets COVID tested, but apparently not as he wasn’t. The way this hospital are treating us is a joke.
