I was called to attend an appointment which I initially said I would only do under general anaesthetic due to a previous bad experience having this procedure done.
The consultant who called me reassured me enough to convince me to come in with local anaesthetic and sedation. When I arrived in the department everyone was friendly, reassuring and professional . I felt safe and confident enough to have the procedure done so thank you everyone
