"Amazing Day Surgery"

My umbilical hernia op was carried out far quicker than if I’d waited for my local hospital. Shepton provided a perfect stress free experience. From my initial contact, to my previsits, being greeted at the door, meeting the team carrying out the op. Chatting with the anaesthetist (who was amazingly calming). Everyone was friendly, informative and made me feel at ease. Everyone had the best ‘bedside manner’...no exceptions. Can’t thank you all enough. Even the warmed blankets were a welcome surprise.
