Had a really positive day yesterday, my wonderful CGL friends came to visit, they are helping so much but today not good. They are helping to try and get me something to help with cravings and something to help me sleep, I'm really struggling, doctors have called and said my appointment to speak to doc is Monday, OMG feel like I've had a right kick back down, thanks a lot doctor, I am so upset and frustrated I've had the best support from the team, thankyou again all and I feel let down by doc, sorry about the rant, stay safe all x

Hi Manda do,

You don't have to apologise for having a rant, we all have them at some time!

It's good that you have been doing so well and that you feel supported by CGL, they really are a great team, who understand substance use so well. Listen to the advice they give you.

We know that GP's are so busy at the moment, but is it worth phoning again to try and bring your appointment forward? If you continue to struggle, give CGL a ring, they may be able to offer further support and advice.

You have been doing so well Manda do, please don't let today cast a cloud on your recovery journey.

Kindest Regards

Karen
