What could be improved

everything could have been improved. There was a severe lack of staff. mum was told that she was drinking too much, then not enough and the drink was then put out of her reach so she couldnt drink anything anyway. she was treated like something the staff had just walked in.

Anything else?

If you have a choice to either go to this hospital or another one, then avoid this one like the plague. first impressions of the hospital is that it looks derelict from the outside.
